MORE THAN JUST ABOUT ME

I'm Michael, better known as Mr. Balana, 34 years old, living somewhere in Metro Manila Philippines and I write about a wide range of topics, including my experiences in investing, my adventures in life, my profession as a teacher, and the financial matters which I think helpful for everyone.

I started Investomaster in May 2020 as I read an article from Frugalwoods Family, a blogger which I admire most. I realized the two sides of financial independence which is income and expenses. I also realized the importance of saving and investment.

The primary focus of my writings is on saving s and investment. I believed that saving is good but if you do investing, the good will become better. Sometimes I write also about income because it is the primary source of money for your savings.

I'M A FATHER

This is my baby Michaela Chaezel. The reason why I am aggressive for savings and investment. I know that life is not permanent. I am setting up my financial today because soon, my baby will grow and she will continue this. Being poor is not a sin, but if you die poor, it's your biggest problem.

I'M A TEACHER

Yes I'm a teacher in a public school. I really love teaching students about information and communication technology.

MY FRIENDS

My solid friends for so many years. James, Grace, Shara and Paulo. They are all teachers like me.

MY FAMILY

I belong to a simple family. I have one brother and one sister. My mother and father is living with us. My sister is a teacher like me. My brother is working in a prestigious school. We are happy and living a simple life.

One of my goals in writing Investomaster is to build an online community of like-minded folks who value living life above spending money. I really love the community of financial wise people who is not shy in sharing their stories and success. I am glad you're joining me on this journey.
